[ Objective ] To observe the refreshing static injection on acute severe craniocerebral injury of serum levels affect curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, the 36 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. The control group 18 cases with conventional treatment, hematoma clear add to bone flap craniotomy decompression, postoperative ICU care treatment, mannitol dehydrate, anti-infection, organ function support, nutritional support treatment. 18 cases in treatment group 30 ml refreshing static injection + 100 ml saline, l/d, static drops. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptom, serum NSE, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 12 cases recovered, 3 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 94.44%. Control group cure 6 cases, 3 cases were markedly effective, effective in 3, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 66.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Two groups of serum NSE levels in postoperative 1 - 5d effect significantly ( P〈0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] Wake up static injection on acute severe craniocerebral injury influence effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
