脉血康联合阿司匹林治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症随机平行对照研究

Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Randomized Parallel-group Study in Combination with Aspirin Therapy Maixuekang

[目的]观察脉血康联合阿司匹林治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将38例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组18例西洛他唑100mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组20例脉血康胶囊,1g/次,3次/d,口服;阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d,口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状(下肢间歇性跛行、夜间静息性疼痛、溃疡/坏疽)、踝肱指数、出血风险发作、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效6例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈3例,显效7例,有效3例,无效5例,总有效率72.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。症状(下肢间歇性跛行、夜间静息性疼痛、溃疡/坏疽等)、踝肱指数治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。药物使用后出血风险发作情况并无增加(P>0.05),两组出血风险发作情况几率接近(P>0.05)。[结论]脉血康联合阿司匹林治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症效果显著,值得推广。

[ Conclusion ] Maixuekang aspirin therapy arteriosclerosis obliterans effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
