软肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗活动性肝硬化随机平行对照研究

Active Cirrhosis Randomized Parallel Group Study RuanganSoup Combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil

[目的]观察软肝汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗活动性肝硬化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例阿德福韦酯,10mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组40例软肝汤(赤芍10g,太子参30g,丹参20g,莪术、虎杖各15g,何首乌10g,五味子20g,炙鳖甲、白花蛇舌草各30g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服;阿德福韦酯治疗同对照组。连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、血清肝纤维化指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效5例,有效14例,无效21例,总有效率47.50%。对照组显效1例,有效4例,无效35例,总有效率12.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血清肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、PCIII、IV-C)两组均有下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降大于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]软肝汤联合阿德福韦酯在治疗活动性肝硬化效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment for 6 months for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, serum liver fibrosis, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Treatment group five cases, effective in 14 cases, 21 cases, the total efficiency of 47.50%. Control group 1 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 35 cases, the total efficiency of 12.50%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Serum liver fibrosis （ HA, LN, PCIII, IV-C ） decreased in both groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, the treatment group declined more than in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Ruangan soup joint adefovir in the treatment of active cirrhosis effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
