麝香保心丸联合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Elderly Patients with Angina Pectoris Randomized Parallel Group Study HMP combined with Western Medicine

[目的]观察麝香保心丸联合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组60例硝酸甘油,0.25-0.5mg/次,1次/d,心绞痛发作时舌下含化;阿托伐他汀钙,0.02g/次,1次/d,口服;肠溶阿司匹林,0.1g/次,1次/d,口服;美托洛尔,50mg/次,1次/d,口服;托拉塞米,10mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组60例麝香保心丸,45.0-67.5mg/次,3次/d,心绞痛发作时舌下含服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作情况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效39例,有效13例,无效8例,总有效率86.67%。对照组显效27例,有效11例,无效22例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。心绞痛发作情况两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]麝香保心丸联合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

Treatment group, 60 patients HMP, 45.0 - 67.5mg / time, 3 times / d, sublingual angina attack;western medicine with the control group. 90d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, angina pectoris, the adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 39 cases markedly effective in 13 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 86.67%. The control group 27 cases markedly effective in 11 cases, 22 cases, the total efficiency of 63.33%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Angina pectoris two groups were improved （e 〈0.05 ）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion] HMP Western medicine treatment of elderly patients with angina pectoris combined effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
