益肾泄浊汤联合西药治疗血液透析营养不良随机平行对照研究

Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Malnutrition in Hemodialysis Patients Randomized Parallel Controlled Study Treatment

[目的]观察益肾泄浊汤联合西药治疗血液透析营养不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组40例血液透析,使用合成膜透析器,面积1.3m2,血流量230-250mL/min,透析液流量500mL/min,4h/次,3次/7d,常规补充促红细胞生成素、铁剂、控制血压等。治疗组40例益肾泄浊汤（黄芪20g,太子参、白术炒各15g,山药20g,山萸肉、枸杞子、杜仲各15g,大黄制6g,苍术、苏梗各10g,竹茹12g,当归15g,赤芍、莪术各12g）,1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测主观综合性营养评估法（SGA）评分、生化指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]主观综合性营养评估法（SGA）评分两组均有下降（P〈0.05）,治疗组下降幅度大于对照组（P〈0.05）。生化指标两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]益肾泄浊汤联合西药治疗血液透析营养不良效果显著,值得推广。

[ Results ] subjective global assessment （ SGA ） scores of two groups were decreased （ P〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group decreased more than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Laboratory examination of two groups were improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Yishen Xiezhuo decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with malnutrition effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
