摘要
报告综合护理颈动脉内膜剥脱术一例。实施综合护理措施术前护理:精神调护、起居调护、术前准备,术后护理:生命体征监测、运动指导、伤口护理、抗凝护理、预防感染、生活护理、并发症防护(脑高灌注综合征、脑缺血及脑卒中、脑血管出血、颅内神经损伤、血栓)健康指导。
Report of the comprehensive nursing care of carotid endarterectomy patients. The implementation of comprehensivenursing measures preoperative nursing： nursing, living care, mental preparation before operation, postoperative nursing： monitoring of vital signs, exercise guidance, wound care, anticoagulation, in fection prevention, care, complications of life protection （ cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome, cerebral ischemia and stroke, cerebral vascularhemorrhage, cranial nerve injury health guidance, thrombosis ） .
