健脾利水方联合针灸推拿治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

Spleen Water Side Combined Acupuncture and Massage Treatment of Hypertension Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察健脾利水方联合针灸推拿治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组44例针灸推拿:①针灸,曲池、风池、足三里、太冲,备用穴为百会、气海、脾俞、太溪、关元、太冲、解溪、中脘和丰隆,气血不足配百会、气海、脾俞;肝肾阴虚配太溪、关元、太冲;痰湿中阻配解溪、中脘、丰隆;留针30min,1次/d;②推拿以抹法、按法、揉法等对患者头维、太阳、印堂推拿按摩;按揉督脉穴神庭和上星及百会等;均连续按摩3遍,2min/次,1次/d。治疗组44例健脾利水方(黄芩10g,知母12g,天麻、钩藤、杜仲炒、牛膝各15g,生石决明20g,山楂、牡蛎、黄芪、丹参各30g,葛根60g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;针灸推拿治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率93.18%。对照组显效14例,有效17例,无效13例,总有效率70.45%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾利水方联合针灸推拿治疗高血压效果显著,值得推广。

The control group 14 cases markedly effective in 17 cases, 13 cases, the total efficiency of 70.45%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Spleen water side combined acupuncture and massage in the treatment of high blood pressure effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
