中医特色护理妇科病随机平行对照研究

Chinese Characteristics Gynecological Care Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察中医特色护理妇科病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组44例常规护理,根据患者实际病情,确保患者用药准确及时,保持病房清洁,温度适宜。护理组44例以整体性、辨证性的观念为指导实施中医护理,包括整体护理、辨证施护、情志护理、自身保健、饮食护理等。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测临床指标、护理满意度、心理状态评分、不良反应。连续护理2个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床观察指标(住院时间、产妇总满意率、心理状态评分)护理组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医特色护理妇科病效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine specialty gynecological care. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 88 cases of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups of sequentially numbered treatment. Usual care control group, 44 cases. Observation of clinical symptoms, satisfaction with care, mental state score. Nursing two consecutive courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The clinical outcome measures （ length of stay, overall satisfaction rate of maternal mental state score ） treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Chinese characteristics gynecological care effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
