沈阳市某制药公司原料药生产项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:2

Evaluation on control effect of occupational hazards in raw material medicine production project of a pharmaceuticals company in Shenyang City

摘要 目的对沈阳市某制药公司原料药生产项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法。结果共设毒物检测点47个,空气中乙二醇、乙酸、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和乙酸乙酯浓度低于最低检出限,异丙醇为10.5-1 049.0 mg/m^3,二氯甲烷为8.3-127.2 mg/m^3,丙酮为低于最低检出限-88.0 mg/m^3,甲醇为39.3 mg/m^3,盐酸为低于最低检出限-2.64 mg/m^3,氢氧化钠为0.02-0.04mg/m^3;噪声检测点11个,8 h等效声级为56.3-95.2 dB(A)。除溶媒回收车间巡检岗位接触的异丙醇超标和合成车间配料岗位接触的噪声超标外,其余职业病危害因素浓度或强度均符合国家相关要求。结论该项目在生产工艺及设备布局、职业病危害防护设施、建筑卫生学、辅助用室、职业卫生管理等方面基本符合相关国家法律及职业卫生标准规定的要求。 [Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in raw material medicine production project of a pharmaceuticals company in Shenyang City.[Methods]The field occupational health investigation,occupational health inspection and occupational health examination were adopted.[Results]There were 47 poison detection points,and the concentrations of ethylene glycol,acetic acid,N,N-dimethylacetamide and acetidin in air were lower than the minimum detectable limits. The concentration of isopropanol was between 10. 5 mg / m^3and 1 049. 0 mg / m^3,the concentration of dichloromethane was between 8. 3 mg/m^3and 127. 2 mg / m^3,the concentration of acetonum ranged from the minimum detectable limit to 88. 0 mg/m^3,the concentration of methyl alcohol was 39. 3 mg / m^3,the concentration of hydrochloric acid ranged from the minimum detectable limit to 2. 64 mg/m^3,and the concentration of sodium hydrate was between 0. 02 mg / m^3and 0. 04 mg / m^3. There were 11 noise detection points,and 8 hour equivalent sound level was between 56. 3 dB( A) and 95. 2 dB( A). The concentration of isopropanol in inspection post of solvent recovery workplace and the intensity of noise in burdening post of synthesis workplace exceeded the limits,while the concentrations( intensities) of other occupational hazard factors were in accordance with the relevant national requirements.[Conclusion]The production process and equipment layout,occupational hazard protection facilities,building hygiene,auxiliary room and occupational health management in this project can basically meet the requirements of the relevant national laws and occupational health standards.
