摘要
目的采集某机场大厅空气中微生物,进行葡萄球菌分离鉴定,以期为提高机场大厅内空气质量和防控传染病提供参考。方法用自然沉降法采集某机场大厅中不同功能区域的微生物进行培养,根据生理生化特征鉴定葡萄球菌,并应用16S rRNA测序分析法对3株经生化鉴定的葡萄球菌进行验证。结果分离89株葡萄球菌,经生化鉴定以表皮葡萄球菌和缓慢葡萄球菌为优势菌株,各占57.30%和23.60%,其余为中间型葡萄球菌(6.74%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(3.37%)、溶血性葡萄球菌(2.25%),未分型6株(6.74%)。16S rRNA测序鉴定结果与生化鉴定结果一致。结论机场大厅空气中存在葡萄球菌,应定期进行监测和空气消毒。
[Objective]To collect the microorganisms in air of an airport terminal,carry out the isolation and identification of staphylococcus,and provide reference for improving the air quality of airport terminal and controlling the infectious diseases.[Methods] The microorganisms were collected from different functional areas of airport terminal by natural precipitation method. The staphylococcus was identified according to the physiological and biochemical characteristics,and 3 strains of staphylococcus which were identified by the biochemical identification were confirmed by 16S rRNA analysis.[Results]A total of 89 strains of staphylococcus were isolated. By the biochemical identification,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus lentus were the dominant strain, which accounted for 57. 30% and 23. 60% respectively,followed by Staphylococcus intermedius( 6. 74%),staphylococcus aureus( 3. 37%) and Staphylococcus haemolyticus( 2. 25%),and 6( 6. 74%) strains were uncertain type. The results of 16S rRNA analysis were completely consistent with those of biochemical identification. [Conclusion]There exists staphylococcus in air of airport terminal,and it is necessary to carry out the regular monitoring and air disinfection.
