Chemical accident can do harm to the society and people. Timely and effective emergency rescue can minimize the damage. The countries all over the world legislate and study on the chemical accident emergency rescue. This paper summarizes the current situation of chemical accident emergency rescue and the research progress of emergency rescue system at home and aboard.
