Way of Thinking in Scientific Decision Making

科学决策过程是科学思维过程。笔者经过多年研究发现 ,决策程序的每一个环节、每一种决策技术、决策的每一种类型 ,都有特定的思维方式与之对应。

The process of scientific decision making is a process of scientific thinking. After many years of research, the present writer finds that in the process of decision making, every step, every technique and every pattern has its corresponding way of thinking that fits it. This paper is a study of this kind of one for one corresponding relations.
