摘要 为了实现无刷直流电机的换向,基于韦根效应制成了一种新型韦根传感器.利用韦根传感器作为无刷直流电机转子位置检测元件,搭建了韦根传感器信号采样电路,通过单片机对韦根信号进行处理,实现了对电机换向的控制.以一台4极无刷直流电机为例,由单片机STC89C52RC控制驱动芯片L298n,实现了电机的起动和运行.实验结果表明,韦根传感器能够即时输出反映转子位置的信号,使电机顺利换向,可以作为无刷直流电机的位置检测元件使用. In order to realize the commutation of brushless direct current( DC) motor,a novel Wiegand sensor was manufactured based on Wiegand effect. The Wiegand sensor was taken as the detection device of rotor position for the brushless DC motor, and the signal sampling circuit of Wiegand sensor was established. In addition,the control of motor commutation was realized through treating the Wiegand signals with the micro-controller unit( MCU). Through taking a 4 pole brushless DC motor as an example and controlling the driver chip L298n with the MCU STC89C52RC,the starting and running of motor were realized. The experimental results showthat the Wiegand sensor can output the signals of reflecting the rotor position,which can accomplish the smooth commutation of motor. Moreover,the Wiegand sensor can be used as the position detection device of brushless DC motor.
