摘要 国内目前80%以上的硅钙合金电炉容量均在1~1.5 MVA,针对这一现状,主要介绍了33 MVA大型硅钙合金电炉采用的旋转炉体、多铁口环形出铁场等工程方案.评价分析了项目的投资收益、敏感性指数等财务指标.该项目所得税后财务净现值为16 276万元,所得税后财务内部收益率为31.18%,投资回收期为4.94 a,盈亏平衡点为52.5%. At present, around 80% of domestic submerged-are furnaces capacity range at 1 - 1.5 MVA. A super-capacity 33MV A submerged-arc furnace is presented towards application. The Rotary furnace body, cast house with more than one tapping holes arrayed in a ring shape and other project proposals are integrated in the submerged-arc furnace. The returns on investment, sensitive coefficients and other financial index are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed. The financial net present value after income tax and internal rate of return of income tax are 162.76 million yuan and 31.18% respectively. The investment recovery period is 4.94 years and the break-even point is 52.5%.
