摘要 为改进矿热炉开炉工艺,介绍了25.5 MVA锰硅合金电炉110 kV供电直接电烘新开炉工艺。通过解析矿热炉供电原理以及对矿热炉设备特点比较,提出了大型锰硅合金矿热炉在110 kV直供电和使用组合把持器与铜瓦把持器时最适宜的电烘工艺。经实践,直接电烘开炉,不仅可以节省时间,降低成本,而且也改善了生产环境,减轻了劳动强度。 In order to improve the new furnace starting-up process, introduced the direct electric baking process of 25.5 MVA manganese silicon furnace ( 110 kV power supply ). Through the analysis of power supply theory and comparison of the characteristics of submerged arc furnace equipment, put forward the most suitable electrical baking process when large-scaled manganese silicon furnace is supplied by 110 kV direct current and the combination holder and copper tile holder are used. Through practice, this process can not only save time and lower cost, but also improve production environment and relieve labour strength.
