铁合金冶炼过程能源计量监测系统

摘要 为了监控铁合金生产过程,介绍了基于JAVA编程语言的铁合金能源计量监控系统的数据采集和传递方式,系统采用工控领域最先进的现场总线技术、完善的数据库技术和可靠的数据传输技术,通过加装远程监控仪表和能耗数据主干光纤传输网络,确保传输数据的真实、可靠和实时性,通过对能源数据进行统计和分析,降低成本和能源优化,达到冶炼过程节能降耗、能源供需平衡、同时提供决策数据依据的目的。 This paper introduced data acquisition and transmission mode of ferroalloy energy measurement monitoring system with the Java programming language in order to monitor the ferroalloy production process. The system adopted the most advanced fieldbus technology in industrial control field, perfect database technology and reliable data transmission technology, ensuring the data transmission real, reliable and real-time by means of adding remote monitoring instrument and energy consumption data backbone optical transmission network. Through statistics and analysis of energy datas, it can reduce the cost and energy optimization thus achieve saving energy and reducing consumption and energy supply and demand balance of smelting process, providing decision-making data in the meantime.
