摘要
目的比较2种方法学的试剂检测大鼠血清肌酐、葡萄糖的差异;比较2个厂家生产的相同方法学试剂检测大鼠血清白蛋白的差异。方法使用苦味酸和酶法方法学试剂同时检测大鼠血清肌酐含量;使用己糖激酶(HK)法和葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)法方法学试剂同时测定大鼠血清葡萄糖含量;使用2个厂家生产的溴甲酚绿(BCG)法试剂同时测定大鼠血清白蛋白含量。结果不同方法学的试剂检测大鼠血清肌酐和葡萄糖含量,以及使用同一种方法但使用不同厂家的试剂检测大鼠血清中白蛋白含量,对实验结果差异有统计学意义。结论不同的实验方法和检测试剂对大鼠血清中肌酐、葡萄糖和白蛋白检测结果存在影响,在建立各自实验动物参考区间时要注明检测方法;更换方法学或试剂厂商时应及时建立新方法试剂相应的实验动物参考区间。
Objective To compare 2 methodologies of experiment to detect the difference of the rat serum creati- nine and glucose ; and same methodologies produces by 2 manufactures to detect the difference of the rat serum albumin. Methods Using the picric acid and enzymic method to detect the amount of rat serum ereatinine at the same time ; the Hexokinase (HK) and Glucose Oxidase (GOD) method to detect the amount of rat serum glucose; and the Bromocresol green (BCG) produced by 2 manufactures method to detect the rat serum albu- min . Results According to above methods, experimental results had significant statistics differences. Conclu- sions Different experimental methods and detection reagent have effects on rat serum creatinine, glucose and albumin test results, should indicate the detection method when build each experimental animal reference range, and to build new methods timely when changing the methodology or other reagent manufactures.
