强迫信念在强迫症患者教养方式与强迫症状间的中介作用

Mediation effect of obsessive belief on relationship between parenting style and obsessive-compulsive symptoms

目的 探讨强迫症患者强迫信念在父母教养方式与强迫症状间的中介作用.方法 采用父母教养方式评价量表（EMBU）,Y-BOCS中文版以及强迫信念问卷-44（OBQ-44）对168名强迫症患者进行测查.结果 父、母拒绝否认,惩罚严厉以及父亲过度保护与患者的症状和强迫信念都呈正相关;强迫信念在父、母惩罚严厉及父亲过度保护与强迫症状之间起完全中介作用,而在父、母拒绝否认上起部分中介作用.结论 强迫信念在父母拒绝否认,惩罚严厉及父亲过度保护与强迫症状之间起中介作用.

Objective To explore mediation effect of the obsessive compulsive disorder （OCD） patients＇ obsessive belief between parenting style and obsessive--compulsive symptoms. Methods Totals of 168 OCD patients were asked to complete the Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran（EMBU）, ob sessive belief questionnaire--44（OBQ--44） and Yale Brown Obsessive--Compulsive Scale（Y--BOCS）. Results Parents＇ rejection, punishment and father＇ over protection were significantly positive correlated with obsessive belief and obsessive--compulsive symptoms; the effect of parents＇ punishment and father＇ overprotection on obessive-- compulsive symptoms was totally mediated by obsessive belief. The effect of parents＇ rejection on obsessive-- compulsive symptoms was partially mediated by obsessive belief. Conclusions This study showed that OCD patients＇ obsessive belief have mediating effect on the relationship between parenting style and obsessive--compulsive symptoms.
