摘要
针对汽车涂装车间温湿度空调恒温恒湿控制的特点,提出了一种基于焓湿图的焓值分析计算方法,该方法根据设定的目标温湿度将焓湿图分为8个分区,代表不同的环境温湿度状态,结合多模型控制器切换技术,使空调设备在运行中可以根据进风的温湿度状态,实时、自动地切换相应控制策略。该方法很好地解决了控制系统对环境温湿度波动的适应性问题,改善了多阀门控制间的相互干扰。在某汽车公司的测试效果远优于设计要求,稳态时温度误差小于±0.5℃、湿度误差小于±1%。
Aimed at the characteristic of constant temperature and humidity control in automobile painting workshop,an enthalpy analysis method based on psychrometric chart was put forward. According to the aim value of temperature and humidity,the psychrometric chart was divided into 8 zones representing different environment state. With multi-model switch control technology,during the real time running,the system chose a right control method according to the temperature and humidity of input. The adaptive problem of control system to temperature and humidity fluctuation was solved. The interference among the valves and production safety were improved. The test result in a car manufacturing company is much better than the design requirements. The temperature steady-state error is less than ± 0. 5 ℃,and the humidity steady-state error is less than ± 1%.
