肺结核不住院化学治疗的护理问题及对策

The Nursing Problems and Countermeasures of Chemiotherapy for Outpatients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨肺结核患者不住院化学治疗的护理问题,以提高护理质量。方法:回顾性分析10年来3 521例不住院治疗肺结核患者的护理工作,进行护理学研究,探讨护理工作中存在的问题及解决问题的思路和方法。结果:找出了肺结核不住院治疗的特点及存在的主要问题,制定了一整套有效的护理方案,进一步完善了护理措施。结论:保证连续规范用药是肺结核护理的首要目标。

Objective：To discuss the nursing problems and countermeasures of chemiotherapy for the outpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis to improve the nursing qualities. Methods：The nursing work for the 3521outpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis during the past 10 years were retrospectively analyzed. Furthermore,the nursing problems and solutions to them were discussed based on the nursing study in order to find out the the new ideas and methods in the nursing work. Results：The characteristic and the main problems were identified in the treatment for the outpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which helps to formulate a series of efficient nursing scheme to make the countermeasures more perfect. Conclusion：The primary goal of pulmonary tuberculosis nursing is to ensure standard medication and prevent discontinuing medication.
