摘要
从杨梅果实中提取DNA,所用10个SSR引物添加不同颜色荧光标记,建立四组多重PCR扩增体系,在高通量ABI3130遗传分析仪准确分析片段大小,参照已有的杨梅品种指纹数据库可以快速鉴定果实的品种属性。该试验方法可以应用于果实质量检测以及优良品系选择。
To rapidly and efficiently identify the cultivar from the fruits of Chinese bayberry,10different color fluorescent-labeled SSR primers were used to establish 4multiple PCR amplification systems to run the PCR with the DNA from the fruits of Chinese bayberry.The size of the PCR fragment was analyzed by ABI 3130high-throughput genetic analyzer.This method can be applied for inspection of fruit quality and selection of new lines of Chinese bayberry.
