战略性绩效管理历史演进及对政府绩效管理改革的启示被引量：6

摘要百余年管理思想发展史,也是绩效管理思想演变史,绩效管理是现代管理核心之"核心"。绩效管理思想从先前的绩效评价、绩效管理两个阶段,至今已发展到战略性绩效管理阶段,从经验到科学、从片面到全面,不断发展成熟。我国政府绩效管理的理念、体系、制度及工具等还比较滞后,因此应该运用战略性绩效管理理论,努力推动政府绩效管理改革。
