肾上腺髓质素在心血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心血管疾病的发病率随着人口老龄化、饮食结构的改变及生活环境的改变等呈现出上升的趋势。在心血管疾病的发生和发展过程中有很多的影响因子,最新研究发现肾上腺髓质素(adrenomedullin,ADM)作为一种新的心血管活性肽在心血管疾病的发生、发展过程中有着重要的保护作用,现主要对近年ADM在心血管疾病中的研究进展作一简要综述。
