曲美布汀辅助治疗反流性食管炎78例疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of 78 cases of trimebutine adjuvant therapy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

目的：评价曲美布汀辅助治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2011年4月~2013年5月本院收治的反流性食管炎患者78例,随机分为两组,其中观察组39例,采用泮托拉唑联合曲美布汀进行治疗,对照组39例,采用泮托拉唑进行治疗,4周后比较两组患者疗效和副反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效优为31（79.5%）例,良为6（15.4%）例,差为2（5.1%）例,对照组临床疗效优为25（64.1%）例,良为5（12.8%）例,差为9（23.1%）例,两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组出现2（5.1%）例患者有轻微恶心、口干、头晕等副反应,休息后症状消失,对照组出现3（7.7%）例患者有轻微腹痛、腹泻、恶心等副反应,休息后症状消失,两组患者副反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论曲美布汀辅助治疗反流性食管炎有较好的临床疗效,毒副作用发生率与单用泮托拉唑无区别,值得在临床上予以推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trimebutine adjuvant therapy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods From April 2011to May 2013 reflux esophagitis 78 cases of patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in which the observation group, the use of pantoprazole joint Trimebutine treatment, 39 cases in the control group, the use of pantoprazole treatment, four weeks after the two groups were compared the efficacy and incidence of side effects . Results The clinical efficacy superior to 31 （79.5%） patients, good in 6 （15.4%） patients, the difference was 2 （5.1%） patients in the control group of 25 clinically superior efficacy （64.1%） patients, good in 5 （12.8%）, and poor in 9 （23.1%） patients, comparing the two groups were statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy （P〈0.05）;observation group had two （5.1%） patients had mild nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, etc. side effects, the symptoms disappeared after the brea , the control group had 3 （7.7%） patients had mild side effects abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, symptoms disappeared after the break, the incidence of side effects difference between the two groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Trimebutine adjuvant therapy has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, toxicity and incidence of pantoprazole alone without distinction, deserve to be in clinical practice.
