摘要
医院建立质量管理体系后,必须持续改进才有生命力。可以根据ISO9001标准要求,利用医院的质量方针和质量目标、审核结果、数据分析、纠正措施和预防措施以及管理评审等进行持续改进,以保证医院质量管理策划的活动达到预期效果。
The hospital quality management system must keep continuous improvement. To ensure hospital quality manage- ment planning through use of measures, and activities achieve the desired results, the continuous improvement can be performed according to IS09001 standards the quality policy and quality objectives of the hospital, audit results, data analysis, corrective and preventive management appraisal.
