摘要
对某院1年内主动流失人员的离职原因、影响因素以及离职规律等进行分析,人员主动流失原因有3类,按主次排序为:个人原因、单位原因及社会原因。并指出可从晋升机制、精神激励、物质激励、科学管理等4方面综合调控以降低人员主动流失率。
The reasons, influence factors and characteristics of initiative resignation of staff within one year in a public hospital were analyzed. The reasons for the initiative resignation of personnel had three categories, ranking as personal reasons, unit reasons and social reasons. The integrated control from four aspects can boost staff retention rate, including promotion mechanism, mental stimulation, material inceutives and scientific management.
