针对新医改对医院物价管理工作的新要求,从再造新项目申报流程、完善信息系统功能、应对政策调整、加强与上级和同行的交流沟通等4个方面进行探讨,以拓展医院物价管理工作,提升物价管理水平。

According to the new demand of the hospital price management work under the new medical reform, the paper discussed from four aspects ： reengineering reporting process of the new project, improvement of the information system function, adapting the policy adjustment, strengthening communication with superiors and colleagues, in order to expand the hospital price management, and enhance the prices management level.
