浅谈天津肿瘤医院惠锐主任乳腺癌改良根治Ⅰ式手术技巧

Improvement of Breast Cancer Radical Skills I Operation from Director Hui Rui in the Tianjin Cancer Hospital

近年来随着人们对美的追求,世界上乳腺癌手术治疗从过去"可耐受的"最大治疗逐渐发展到"有效的"最小治疗,保乳保腋窝手术逐渐兴起,并且乳腺癌术后乳房再造手术也得到长足发展。我国由于传统观念束缚,保乳手术、保腋窝手术相对较少,乳房再造手术更是少之又少,而仿根治术仍然在各种术式中所占比例最高,因此改良根治术手术技巧是外科临床医师学习的重点。从手术切口的选择、皮瓣的游离与标本解离、腋窝淋巴结清扫、创面冲洗与引流等方面阐述了惠锐主任乳腺癌改良根治Ⅰ式手术技巧。

In recent years,with people's pursuit for beauty,the treatment of breast cancer operation gradually developed from the largest treatment was'acceptable'to'minimum effective treatment',gradually on the rise of breast conserving operation for breast cancer and axillary,postoperative breast reconstruction operation has also been considerable development.In China due to the traditional concept,breast conserving operation operation is relatively less,axillary,breast reconstruction operation is few,and modified radical mastectomy for the highest proportion is still in operation,so the modified radical mastectomy operation skill is the key surgical clinician learning,this paper is the experience the author from Tianjin Cancer Hospital director Hui Rui experience.
