一次性静脉采血针在小儿颈外静脉多管采血中的应用

The Application of Disposable Venous Blood Sampling Needle in Multitube Blood Collection of Infantile External Jugular Vein

目的:观察应用一次性静脉采血针行小儿颈外静脉多管采血对提高穿刺成功率和降低皮下血肿发生率的作用。方法:将行颈外静脉多管采血的患儿214例分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统的一次性5ml注射器进行穿刺采血,观察组采用一次性静脉采血针进行穿刺采血,观察两组穿刺采血的一次成功率及皮下血肿发生率。结果:穿刺采血一次成功率及皮下血肿发生率观察组明显高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:一次性静脉采血针穿刺采血可显著提高小儿颈外静脉多管采血一次穿刺成功率,降低皮下血肿发生率。

Objective:To observe the effects of disposable venous blood sampling needle used in the multitube blood collection for the puncture success rate of infantile external jugular vein and the incidence of subcutaneous haematomas.Methods:214infantile patients to be sampled by the multitube blood collection from the external jugular vein were divided into the observation group and the control group.The blood sampling was conducted with the traditional disposable 5-ml syringe in the control group and disposable venous blood sampling needles in the observation group.The success rate and incidence of subcutaneous haematomas were observed of puncture blood collecting in the two groups.Results:The first puncture success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the incidence of subcutaneous haematomas was lower by contrast(P<0.01).Conclusion:Disposable venous blood sampling needle can significantly improve the success rate of first puncture,and reduce the incidence of subcutaneous haematomas in the multitube blood collection of infantile external jugular vein.
