我院老年门诊患者不合理处方分析

Analysis of Irrational Drug-Use for Senile Patients in Our Hospital

目的:调查分析医院老年患者门诊处方的不合理性,提高合理用药水平。方法:从医院2013年6、7、8月份的门诊处方中随机抽取65岁以上患者处方1200份,并进行分析统计。结果:1200份老年患者处方中不合格处方为76张,不合格率为6.3%。处方中不合理用药现象主要涉及联合用药不合理处方17份(22.4%),重复用药14份(18.4%),遴选药物不适宜12份(15.8%),超剂量用药10份(13.2%),溶媒选择不合理8份(10.5%),注射剂配伍不合理6份(7.9%),其他类包括临床诊断与所选药物不符、无适应证用药、用法用量不适宜等9份(11.8%)。结论:对不合理处方进行分析、点评并反馈,促进临床用药合理、安全、有效、经济。

Objective:To investigate the drugs use in elderly outpatients and analyze its rationality in order to make drugs used more rationally in our hospital.Method:A random sample of 1200recipes of elderly patients over 65from June to August 2013were selected,the data was summarized and analyzed.Results:76recipes were irrational,the reject ratio was 6.3%,7kinds of problems in the recipes were discovered.Conclusion:Though analyzing and solving the problems,we'd like to the drugs be used more safely,rationally,efficiently and economically.
