龙胆泻肝汤加减配合冰蚕外用治疗带状疱疹60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Herpes Zoster with Combination of Longdan Xiegan Decoction with Ice Silkworm: 60 Cases

目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤配合冰蚕外用治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将120例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组(治疗组和对照组各60例),治疗组用龙胆泻肝汤配合冰蚕外用治疗,对照组给予生理盐水250毫升加头孢西丁钠、5%葡萄糖250毫升加阿昔洛韦静脉注射,2组均以14天为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为93.33%,经比较治疗组优于对照组(χ2=2.606,P=0.017)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤配合冰蚕治疗带状疱疹疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with ice silkworm topical treatment of herpes zoster. Methods120 cases of herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into 2 groups （the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group）,treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with ice silkworm topical therapy,the control group was given normal saline plus 250 ml of cefoxitin sodium,5% glucose plus 250 ml of Aciclovir intravenous injection,2 groups were 14 days for 1 a course of treatment. To observe the curative effect,after 1 course of treatment.Results the total effective rate of treatment group was （96.67%）;control group （93.33%）,the treatment group than the control group （χ2 =2.606 P=0.017 ）. Longdan Xiegan Decoction significantly.Conclusion the therapeutic efficacy of combination of ice silkworm in treatment of herpes zos-ter.
