60例新生儿黄疸的常见原因分析

Common Causes Analysis for Icterus of Newborn: 60 Cases

目的:分析新生儿黄疸的常见原因,为以后的临床工作提供借鉴。方法:选取新生儿黄疸患者60例作为研究对象。患儿确诊为新生儿黄疸后,进行患儿病情询问调查,包括出生天数、胎龄、家族遗传病史等,随后送入医院检验科进行常规检验和针对性黄疸指标的检验,统计记录数据,进行分析比较。结果:60例调查者中90%是由于感染和围产期保健不良引起的,并且新生儿胆红素异常主要是各种感染和围产期影响因素导致的。结论:新生儿黄疸的常见原因主要是感染和围产期孕婴疾病。

Objective To analyze the common causes of newborn icterus,and provide refereces for clinical work in the future.Meth-ods 60 icterus newborns treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the study objects.Disease condition of newborns were investigated after they were diagnosed with icterus,including born days,gestational age,familial genetic history and so on, after that ordinary detection and targeted detection of icterus indicators were adopted in clinical laboratory ,statistical datas were recorded and comparatively analyzed.Results In the 60 patients,90%icterus of them were caused by infection and bad health care in perinatal peri-od （P〈0.05）.And neonatal bilirubin abnormality was mainly the result of various factors of infection and perinatal effects.Conclusion The common causes of icterus in newborns are infection and disease in perinatal period caused by abnormal bilirubin.
