情志护理在30例门诊皮肤病患者中的应用

The Utilization Review of 30 Cases Skin Disease Outpatient Service Patients by Emotional Nursing

目的:探讨情志护理在皮肤病门诊患者的应用效果。方法:分析60例患者的临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行临床分组,对照组和观察组(情志护理组)各30例。结果:观察组皮肤病患者SDS、SAS评分明显优于对照组,观察组皮肤病患者治疗依从性明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情志护理在皮肤病门诊患者的应用可以明显改善患者的不良情绪,提高治疗依从性。

Objective To approach utilization result of skin disease outpatient service patients by emotional nursing.Methods To analyze 60 clinical data of skin disease outpatient service patients in our hospital from 2013.9 to 2014.3,which was to be divided into control group 30 cases and detected group 30 cases.Results The SDS、SAS score of skin disease patients of detected group were better than control group,the Treatment compliance of skin disease patients of detected group were better than control group,the difference were statistical significance （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion The patients with negative emotions of skin disease outpatient service patients by emotional nursing were improved,treatment compliance was increased.
