摘要
根据葫芦岛市农机及其社会化服务的发展现状及存在的主要问题,借鉴企业在经营管理、资产组织、市场开发、技术信息获取等方面的经验,探讨提高葫芦岛市农机社会化服务水平的具体措施,为加速全市的农业发展提供机具保障。
This paper discusses measures for improving the socialized services in agricultural machinery in Huludao city in light of its present development in the city and the problems existed and drawing on the experience in enterprise management, asset structure, market development, and technical information with a view of providing equipment guarantee for accelerating the agricultural development there.
