摘要
本文完成了直流屏电池故障检测系统方案确定、系统硬件设计等工作,并给出了切实可行的实现方案,通过步进方法将每节蓄电池切换到检测电路,通过将一定频率的交流信号注入电池,再将电池两端产生的弱信号通过前置放大滤波,送入ADC0804进行模数信号转换,实现了蓄电池内阻的在线测量。检测系统用STC89C52作为主控芯片,完成信号采集与数据处理,通过显示电路显示每节蓄电池电压电池内阻等信息,同时根据处理结果进行故障判定及报警。
This paper completed the project design of DC panel battery fault detection system and hardware design, and gives the feasible scheme. Through the step method, each battery switch to a detection circuit. Pouring the AC signal with certain frequency into the battery, then the weak signal generated at both ends of the battery will through preamplifier, filter into the ADC0804 to carry on analog to digital signal conversion, realizes the on-line measurement of battery internal resistance. Using STC89C52 as the main control chip detection system to collect signal and process data. Through the display circuit to display information of each battery voltage battery internal resistance.At the same time, according to the results analysis, the detecting system can make fault judgments and fault alarm.
