摘要
本文针对包钢无缝厂¢180机组步进式加热炉进行自动控制改造。步进式加热炉自动控制系统包括物料传输控制系统和加热工艺过程控制系统两部分,前者以开关量为主,多属于电气控制;后者以模拟量为主,属于过程控制。论文构建了基于现场总线的网络化系统方案,并进行了具体的软硬件设计工作,对炉膛温度采取了模糊串级双交叉控制策略,增强了系统的稳定性和抗干扰的能力,且电气和过程控制共用一套PLC,大大节约了硬件建设的成本。
The thesis discusses automatic control's reform in allusion to the walking beam furnace in plant unit ¢180 of Baotou steel seamless factory.walking beam furnace Automatic Control System includes two parts of material transmission control system and the heating process control system.The former gives priority to switching value,and most of it belongs to electrical control.The latter gives priority to analog quantity,belongs to process control.Paper structures networked system solutions based on profibus,and has carried on specific work on soft-hardware design.takes the way of fuzzy series double-crossing control about FBT(furnace box temperature).The system stability and anti-jamming capability enhanced largely.Besides the electrical control and process control share one set of PLC,so that the cost of hardware construction was saved greatly.
