摘要
本文基于模态分析理论,针对齿轮传动系统的结构特征,利用三维建模及有限元仿真软件建立了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮三维模型和有限元模型。通过仿真计算,求解分析了其低阶固有频率和主振型,结果表明:齿轮的前6价振型主要是对折振和扭转振,其振型较为剧烈,因而在齿轮系统的设计中应尽可能地避免趋近齿轮的低阶固有频率。
Based on the theory of modal analysis, aimed at the structure characteristic of the gear transmission system, establishment of involute spur gear 3D model and finite element model using 3D modeling and finite element simulation software. Through the simulation calculation, analysis of the low order natural frequency and main vibration mode, the results show that: the first 6 valence vibration gear is the main vibration and torsional vibration. The vibration, the more violent, so in the design of gear system should be as much as possible to avoid the low order natural frequency reaching gear.
