摘要
心脏转录因子GATA4是一种在心脏中大量表达的锌指转录因子,在心血管发育、心肌重构与肌细胞凋亡方面发挥着重要的生理作用,GATA4基因突变可导致多种先天性心脏病。近年来的研究显示,GATA4基因突变也可导致心房颤动(AF)。本文拟就GATA4的生理功能及其与AF的关系进行综述,旨在便于理解AF新的分子机制,从而有助于AF的早期预防和个体化治疗。
GATA4 is a zinc finger-containing transcriptional factor highly expressed in the heart and playsan important physiological role in cardiovascular development, myocardial remodeling and cellular apopto-sis. Mutations in the GATA4 gene have been implicated in various kinds of congenital heart diseases.Recent studies demonstrated that GATA4 mutations also lead to atrial fibrillation (AF). In this paper thephysiological function of GATA4 and its association with AF are reviewed for a better understanding of thenovel molecular mechanism involved in the pathogenesis of AF and the early prophylaxis and personalizedtreatment of AF.
