摘要
本文通过对倒频谱分析技术的简介及其与时域分析、频域分析的实例对比,总结出倒频谱分析技术易于区分振动故障信号和系统传递函数,可较好地识别频域调制信号的边频成分,能很大程度增强故障频率频率分量的识别能力,在高速大型旋转机械的不对中、轴承或者齿轮的缺陷、油膜涡动、摩擦、陷流及质量不对称等振动测试信号识别中具有显著优势。
The cepstrum analysis technology introduction and time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis of examples, analysis technology is easy to transfer function to distinguish fault vibration signal and system summary of inverted spectrum, edge frequency components can effectively identify the frequency modulation signal, it can greatly enhance the fault frequency component recognition ability, in high speed rotating machinery wrong, bearing or gear defects, oil whirl, friction, depression and quality of asymmetric vibration testing signal recognition has a significant advantage.
