黛力新治疗非糜烂性反流病的临床疗效分析

Clinical effects of Deanxit on non-erosive reflux disease

目的分析黛力新治疗非糜烂性反流病（NERD）的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月～2013年12月被诊断为非糜烂性反流病的患者120例随机分成对照组（60例）和观察组（60例）。对照组施以常规方案,观察组以黛力新联合常规方案治疗。对比两组患者临床表现改善情况及非糜烂性反流病症状评分情况。结果观察组显效占65.00%（39/60）,总有效率95.00%（57/60）,均显著高于对照组的36.67%（22/60）、81.67%（49/60）,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。观察组非糜烂性反流病症状较对照组有显著改善。结论黛力新用于治疗非糜烂性反流病疗效显著,有效地改善了临床症状,复发率较低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Deanxit on non-erosive reflux disease（NERD）. Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed as NERD in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Dec 2013 were randomized into the control group（60 cases） and the observation group（60 cases）. The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received conventional treatment in combination with Deanxit. The improvement of clinical manifestation and the symptom score of NERD were compared between two groups. Results The rate of clinical effect to be significant was 65.00%（39/60） and the total effective rate was 95.00%（57/60）,which were both significantly higher than 36.67%（22/60） and 81.67%（49/60） of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the observation group showed significant improvement in the symptoms of NERD. Conclusion The Deanxit has significant clinical effects on NERD. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms with low recurrence rate, thus is worthy of wide clinical application.
