人工髋关节置换术后对患者的优质康复护理研究

Researches on High Quality Rehabilitation Nursing After Artificial Hip Joint Replacement

目的人工髋关节置换术后对患者的优质康复护理能否减少术后并发症的发生,能否促经患肢功能的早期恢复。方法对人工髋关节置换术后的患者进行针对性的心理护理,采取综合性的护理方法防治术后早期并发症的发生,采用正确的康复护理方法指导和协助患者术后患肢的功能锻炼。结果术后发生创伤性精神反应1例,肺部感染1例,慢性疼痛3例,步态异常8例,经积极治疗均痊愈出院。无脱位发生,无深静脉血栓形成发生,无褥疮发生。患者及家属满意度近93.5%。结论人工髋关节置换术后对患者的优质康复护理能够减少术后并发症的发生,能够促经患肢功能的早期恢复。

Objective To explore whether high quality rehabilitation nursing after artificial hip joint replacement can reduce the happening of complication, can improve the early recovery of affected extremity. Methods Have targeted nursing to artificial hip joint replacement patient, and use synthetic nursing to prevent early recovery of affected extremity, give directions and help patient to have functional exercise. Results l Traumatic mental reaction, 1 pulmonary infection, 3 chronic pains and 8 gait irregularity which happened after surgery were recovered and leave hospital by high quality rehabilitation, with no dearticulation, no DVT, and no bed sore. About 93.5% patients and their relatives were satisfied. Conclusion High quality rehabilitation nursing after artificial hip joint replacement can reduce the happening of complication, can improve the early recovery of affected extremity.
