肝X受体——胆固醇逆转运与炎症的共同平台 被引量:10

摘要 肝X受体(LXR)属于核受体家族,包括LXRα和LXRβ两种亚型,不但参与胆固醇逆转运过程中多种靶基因的调节,促进体内胆固醇逆向转运,还对多种炎症因子及炎症介质的表达具有重要的调控作用。本文主要结合LXR作为胆固醇逆转运与炎症的共同平台作一综述。 Liver X receptors( LXRs) belong to the nuclear receptor superfamily,contain two kinds of isoforms including LXRα and LXRβ. It not only regulates the expression of various kinds of target genes in the process of reverse cholesterol transport,promotes reverse cholesterol transport in vivo,but also plays an important role in the regulation of the expression of inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory mediators. Therefore,this paper mainly recount that LXR is the common platform of reverse cholesterol transport and inflammation.
