慢性牙周炎患者龈下菌斑和动脉粥样硬化斑块中福赛坦氏菌的检测及同源性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究福赛坦氏菌和动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法收集需要进行动脉外科手术的患者从中选取伴有慢性牙周炎的病例,采集龈下菌斑和动脉粥样硬化斑块病理标本,以PCR法检测动脉粥样硬化斑块和龈下菌斑中福赛坦氏菌(Tf),并对其扩增产物进行测序和比对。结果动脉粥样硬化斑块中Tf的检出率为29%,动脉粥样硬化斑块和龈下菌斑中同时检出的比率为24%,基因比对显示两者具有高度同源性。结论 Tf可能在动脉粥样硬化发生发展中可能起着相应的作用。 Objective To study the correlation between Tannerella Forsythensis (T f)ana amerosclerosis. Methods Patients scheduled for arterial reconstruction surgery and also with chronic periodontitis were enrolled in this study. The atheromatous plaques were collected during the surgery and subgingival plaques were collected before the operation, and those collected plaques were examined using PCR to detect Tf, then PCR products were sequenced and compared. Results In 21 cases, the detection rate of Tf in the atherosclerotic plaques was 29%, and the detection rate of two sources Tf in the same patient was 24 %. While using blast contrast to compare the PCR products examined in the two places, we found significantly correlation in nucleotide similarity. Conclusion Tf may play roles in the occurrence and development of atheromatous plaques.
