Portal vein embolization and mesenteric torsion induced by the haemostasis of esophageal variceal bleeding in a cirrhotic patient

肝硬化并食管静脉曲张破裂伴出血经强烈止血后出现门静脉栓塞并肠系膜扭转临床上较少见,本文通过分析病例结合回顾文献学习,探讨该病的形成原因、临床表现及诊治要点。

After the haemostasis of esophageal variceal bleeding in a cirrhotic patient,portal vein embolization combined with mesenteric torsion is rare clinically.Here,we reported one case and reviewed literatures to explore the forming reason,cliniacal features,diagnostic approaches and management of this disease.
