现代医学模式下终末期肝病营养不良机制探讨

Investigation of the mechanism of malnutrition in end-stage liver disease in modern medical model

本文从生物、心理、社会三个层面对终末期肝病(end-stage liver disease,ESLD)营养不良的发病机制进行阐述,并提出合理有效的营养治疗方案以减少并发症、改善预后、提高患者生活质量和延长生存期。

This paper expounded the pathogenesis of malnutrition in end-stage liver disease （ESLD） with three domains including biology,psychology and sociology.Reasonably,nutrition treatment can reduce the complications of ESLD,improve the prognosis and life quality,prolong the survival period of patients efficaciously.
