大学生学习动机的刺激与培养

On the Stimulation and Cultivation of University Students' Learning Motivation

学习动机在非智力因素结构中处于非常重要的地位,对于大学生顺利完成学业、夯实业务知识基础,具有十分重要的作用。但目前,在高等教育中普遍存在大学生学习动机不足的现象,本文根据大学生的学习特点,试图提出激发和培养当代大学生学习动机的策略,希望对提高教学效果有所裨益。

Learning motivation occupies an important position in non-intelligence factors, as it plays a pivotal role in university students＇ successful completion of their studies and strengthening of professional knowledge base. However, the present university students generally lack motivation in higher education. In accor-dance with the characteristics of university students＇ learning, this paper attempts to propose the strategies of cultivating contempo-rary university students＇ learning motivation, hoping to be benefi-cial to the improvement of the teaching effect.
