高职检验专业基础化学教学改革与探索

摘要 该教学团队调研了近四届毕业生社会需求去向,检验人员从业情况、社会人才需求,构建"双线并行、课证行赛四位一体"的梯度式工学交替人才培养模式,形成以"单项基本技能—单项核心技能—综合技能"三级递进的实践教学模式,面向医学检验岗位工作任务,优化医学检验专业课程体系,淡化专业基础课和临床课的界限,专业基础课程和临床课程相互融合渗透,对"基础化学"进行了系统的项目设计和课程改革。 This teaching group has investigated the social de-mands of graduates from the latest four sessions. The employment situation of test staff and social talent demands has formed the gradient work-study integrated talent cultivation model of"paral-lel two lines, and course, certification, practice and competition four-in-one", as well as the three-graded practice teaching model of“single basic skill-single core skill---comprehensive skill”. Based on the tasks of the medical test post, this paper op-timizes the curriculum system of medical test major, weakening the boundary between basic courses and clinical courses and making the two kinds of courses integrated, and carries out a sys-tematic project design and curriculum reform for "Basic Chem-istry".
