Research on the Quality of Teaching Secretaries in Universities

高校教学秘书在教学管理工作中起着桥梁、沟通和协调的作用。教学管理工作开展的好坏直接关系到学院的发展和学生培养。文章结合高校教学秘书的工作职能、教学管理的现状、教学秘书应当具备的素质进行了分析。

The university teaching secretary plays a bridge, com-munication and coordination role in teaching management. The teaching management work is directly related to the development of the university and the student training. Combining with the function of teaching secretary job, the present situation of teach-ing management and the quality teaching secretary should pos-sess are analyzed.
