With the continuous development of the network tech-nology, the current network communication model has developed from traditional online surfing to the 3G era of smart cellphones, based on which, the advent of new network tools such as mi-croblog, QQ, Fetion, has made information spread faster and faster. In the new network environment, how counselors can well use these new network tools to carry out class work and effectively guide college students＇ psychological behaviors is a topic worthy of further exploration.
