County libraries are an important part of the library system in China, and the efficiency of county libraries work has a significant impact on the prosperity of county cultural undertak-ings and economic development. In order to better play the func-tion and role of the county libraries, the paper focuses on the is-sues currently faced by the county libraries and proposes solu-tions to the problems.
